Do you stock all of the products listed on your website ?
The majority of the products listed on our website are noted as “In Stock” and are available at our South Granville Sydney warehouse, ready for pick up or delivery. We stock thousands of sheets of Plywood, MDF, Laminate Benchtops, Particleboard, Hardware and other products, all under our warehouse. This is the benefit of choosing Trademaster.
Very few products may be listed as “OUT OF STOCK” or by “Special Order”, and are generally listed online as such. We will do our best to fulfil your order or find you an alternative product in order to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
Can we buy online & pick up directly from your South Granville store?
Yes. Most of our large product orders are picked up directly from our store located @ 46-52 Ferndell St, South Granville 2142, Sydney NSW. Our on the spot loading service is fast and convenient with forklift assistance available. If your vehicle cannot be loaded with a forklift, you are expected to hand load your own materials into your vehicle.
We also have sufficient space and parking on site for trucks, trailers and other large vehicles.
Note: Online Pick-Up orders for in-stock products must be picked up within 24 hours. Your order may be cancelled and the online payment transaction fee deducted if you do not pick-up within 24 hours of ordering.

Do the prices on your website include GST ?
Yes, the prices shown on all of our listed products on this website all include GST. If you proceed with an order, we will issue you with a Tax Invoice and you may wish to put your business name on the invoice or otherwise a personal name is sufficient.
Do you have a showroom to view products and collect samples?
Yes. Our showroom is located at our main site: 46-52 Ferndell St South Granville 2142, Sydney NSW. Please park in the customer parking, and enter the main Showroom/Retail Store on the right hand side.
We have the full range of Laminex & Formica Colours, Plywood, Laminate Benchtops, Reflections Splashbacks, Flat Pack Kitchens, Hardware, Appliances, Wardrobes, Windows and Doors on display at our newly renovated showroom.
Colour sample chips for Laminex, Formica and Laminate Benchtops are free to collect and are generally 70x50mm in size. All are welcome into our showroom during opening hours.
